I am definitely thrilled to announce that I migrated my blog to my new site. If you didn’t notice the URL up there, it finally let go of the .wordpress extension.
Just to share, in 2016, I purchased my own custom domain and it went on for a year with nothing but a single post. I don’t know, I just didn’t have any motivation to move my ass and post something. So I did not renew my subscription with GoDaddy and started blogging via free WordPress. I challenged myself with Blogathon just to push myself to post regularly. I did not finish the Blogathon challenge yet, but in all fairness, I had a good number of posts in a year. If you do not follow my blog, then you can simply check the archives on the sidebar as proof. In a span of 1 year, I am quite proud of myself for blogging about my travels, thoughts and reviews as much as I can. I even have two travel blogs showing up on first page results in Google search (Sorry for bragging!). It’s super big deal for me. 🙂
In case you’re wondering, I availed domain name registration and web hosting from Coffee Mags. Their services are super affordable- 1$ per month for web hosting. They do offer quarterly plans if you cannot afford paying for an annual subscription. They are also very responsive to queries and they provide instructions in a clear and efficient manner. I highly recommend them. You may check their services here.
That’s all and thank you so much for your time. 🙂
